ocean view hot food friendly staff
The room offered lovely ocean views. breakfast included both cereal and hot food options. all staff members were friendly and helpful.

fresh options convenient transport sightseeing plans easy trips
i found the breakfast very nice. it included a good variety of fresh options. the location suited my plans for sightseeing in nearby towns. i particularly appreciated the convenient transport links allowing easy trips to saltburn, durham, and whitby.
the corridors had laminate flooring and noise from other guests echoed easily.

lovely stay near the sea

helpful staff clean hotel
the staff were helpful and friendly i especially appreciated nicola's assistance at reception she really were really good too help us the food was also excellent and the entire hotel was very clean it was a positive experience. breakfast provided a pleasing start to each day.
i noticed the prices are increasing while the portion sizes seem to be decreasing this is a consideration for future visits hopefully this can be addressed to maintain the overall value and satisfaction.
